Who We Are
Suncity Waterview Estate is a residential community located along Seltex Drive, off Peter Odili Road Extension, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. The estate offers a secure, well-maintained environment designed for modern family living featuring paved roads, landscaped common areas, 24-hour security, and reliable utility services.
Our homeowners & resident association (HORA) is governed by an elected management committee that oversees estate infrastructure, enforces community standards, and ensures that every resident enjoys a clean and peaceful neighbourhood. We are committed to transparent governance and responsive management.

Suncity Waterview is Phase 6 of the Suncity Gardens Estate development a master-planned residential project by Suncity Gardens that has grown into one of Port Harcourt's most recognised planned communities since its founding.
Each phase of Suncity Gardens maintains independent governance while sharing the broader Suncity brand, infrastructure standards, and community ethos. Waterview continues that tradition bringing the sixth chapter of the estate's story to life with contemporary finishes and community-centred design. Our Amenities
Suncity Waterview provides residents with a thoughtfully designed set of community facilities from recreational areas and green spaces to security infrastructure and estate management services. Our amenities are maintained by the HOA and updated regularly to meet residents' needs.
Current estate amenities include gated security access, landscaped grounds, street lighting, an estate road network, and community gathering spaces. The committee continues to invest in improving shared facilities as the estate develops.

The Suncity Waterview Homeowners Association is led by a volunteer management committee drawn from within the estate. The committee is responsible for day-to-day estate operations, financial management, security coordination, and communication with residents and external contractors.
Committee members are elected by homeowners and serve defined terms. Their contact details and portfolios are published transparently so that residents can reach the right person for any concern from maintenance issues to estate levies.
