The estate wishes to congratulate Olatunji Ayimora who has been sworn-in as the new Chairman of the estate.
The swearing-in concludes the election process which began with the constitution of the electoral committee at the General Meeting with a mandate to conduct the general elections and the conclusion of the general elections on Sun. May 3rd, 2026.
In his inaugural speech, Engr. Olatunji Ayimora thanked the estate for the opportunity to serve, thanked the residents for their participation in the electoral process, thanked the other candidates for their participation and welcomed them to work with him, and thanked the executive committee for running the estate over the past months, adding that he looks forward to joining the team to consolidate and contribute to their efforts.
Engr. Olatunji Ayimora revealed that he intends to prioritize security, electricity, water control and administrative accountability. He believes cooperation and unity are paramount and encouraged everyone to join build a better community for us to live in.
